Dedicated to the memory of Brian Tyler, a much loved Husband, Father and Grandad
My brave and courageous Brian was able to spend his last days at home thanks to the care and support of St Michael’s hospice staff, for which I will be eternally grateful.
Any donation made as a tribute to Brian in lieu of flowers will enable them to help others too
